Experience gained at King’s College Hospital and St Mary’s Hospital Paddington has helped to firmly establish Sara as an expert in her chosen field and upon returning from a period travelling around south east Asia Sarah completed a
Master’s degree ahead of taking up a lecturing role at the University of East London.
Sarah has seen numerous articles published covering various areas of rehabilitation and has been an active member of the education steering group at The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
Alongside her academic roles Sara has maintained her clinical case load and enjoys the process of developing patient action plans, setting goals and incorporating patients interests in their treatment sometimes using yoga and Pilates to great effect.
What little spare time Sara has is spent being a mum, learning the ukulele and keeping fit by walking and enjoying the occasional game of tennis.
