Our opening times vary from clinic to clinic, however we are able to offer early morning, evening and weekend appointments.

Cancellations:

Appointment cancellations can be made by contacting 01483 424505 or info@bevanwilson.co.uk.

Alternatively if you have signed up to our online bookings facility you may cancel an appointment from your dashboard. Bevan Wilson Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinics operates a 24hour cancellation policy and a cancellation fee may apply (see ‘Non attendance and cancellation Charges:’ below).

Non attendance and cancellation Charges:
If you do not attend an appointment or cancel your appointment within the 24 hours prior to the appointment time the full charge for the appointment will be levied unless exceptional circumstance apply. This includes appointments that are re-scheduled at the discretion of the the Partners.

 

Refunds & Returns:

Please contact our office on 01483 424505 or info@bevanwilson.co.uk if you feel that a refund is due for any clinical services. Any refunds due will be completed as soon as possible but at least within one week of a refund being identified.

Bevan Wilson Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinics supply goods directly and order through third parties on behalf of a patient. Any third party goods should be returned directly to the third party in question and are subject to the third parties returns and refund policy.

Any goods purchased directly from Bevan Wilson Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinics must be returned in its original unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email info@bevanwilson.co.uk to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

 

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include tape, orthotics and some supports. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Treatment Charges (July 2014):

Initial Assessment & Treatment £60 (Up to 60mins)

Follow up Appointment £43 (Up to 30mins)

Follow-up Appointment £60 (Up to 45mins)

Follow-up Appointment £75 (Up to 60mins)

Home Visits £80

Rehabilitation appointments  £78      (Normally at our Birtley House clinic or at other clinics via prior arrangement).

Birtley House are offering a lunch and afternoon stay rate of £12.50 for any patients attending an appointment at our Birtley House clinic.

Rehabilitation team appointments may also be available at any of our other sites depending on patient suitability and clinic availability.

(Charges may vary according to Insurance Company agreements and any price change will be notified in advance).
